Chef Eric Huang of Pecking House puts down the fried chicken for one evening only to pay homage to his favorite Chicago Eatery and whip up some very tasty dogs. Eric will be grilling some crazy hot dogs of his own invention (like duck and armagnac sausage with foie gras and truffle mayo, to pique your appetite) and pairing them with duck fat fries.
